Living In: Lodi

Share Info About Lodi
Lodi is a highly residential town in New Jersey's Bergen County. Although the city has mainly rectangular blocks with modest-sized, single family homes, there are plenty of NJ apartment buildings and complexes around the area. For automobile commuters, Lodi is one of the most convenient NYC suburbs to relocate. With I-80 running at the north end of town, the George Washington Bridge is a short trip away. Without taking traffic into account, the drive from Lodi into Upper Manhattan takes as little as 15 minutes. Living in Lodi is like having Manhattan in your backyard, without the all the bustle. The short commuting time and multiple travel options are some aspects that make Lodi apartments so attractive. For those who prefer to take public transportation into the city, there are several NJ Transit buses that service the town. A bus ride from Lodi to Midtown Manhattan's Port Authority Bus Terminal takes just over a half an hour.
